Cleaners in the Worthies
If you are looking for a cleaner in the Worthies, Handpicked Home Services covers your area. We introduce cleaners we've met and checked in person, who all hold their own insurance, and then look after everything around the clean.
We cover Kings Worthy, Headbourne Worthy, Abbots Worthy and Martyr Worthy, a few minutes north of Winchester along the Itchen. We live here ourselves, so it's the patch we know best.
£25 an hour, with £20 to your cleaner and £5 to us. There’s no contract or joining fee.
A trusted cleaner, with room to take you on
We're Handpicked, an introduction agency run by a local couple, Rob and Carolina, from just outside Winchester, and we cover the Worthies. We started it because we know from our own experience how hard it is to find a reliable cleaner who has room for you.
So we do the finding and the checking. We meet every cleaner in person, take up their references, see their DBS certificate and their insurance, and have them do a paid trial clean for us before they clean for anyone else. Then we introduce one to your home. We agree the day and hours with you and try to arrange cover when they're away, and if a visit misses the mark, we put it right.
You get your own regular cleaner at £25 an hour, and £20 of that goes straight to them. We live locally, so we can come back out if something isn't right and offer to arrange cover when someone is ill.
Five checks before anyone reaches your door
