Households pay £25 an hour. £20 is the cleaner's, and our £5 fee is a separate payment. The whole split sits on our Pricing page for everyone to see, and it stays that way.
2Your money never passes through our hands
Clients pay you directly, into your own account. We never hold, collect or deduct from your earnings.
3We will never charge you a penny
No joining fee, no commission, no deductions, ever. Charging cleaners to find them work is against the law - and we don't route around that with subscriptions or lead fees either.
4Your business stays yours
Your days, your hours, your right to decline any job, and your own clients alongside ours.
5When something goes wrong, we share the cost
On cleans we've arranged, we pay your insurance excess. A mistake shouldn't cost you a week's earnings.
6No star ratings, no algorithm
Clients don't score you, and no algorithm decides whether you get work. Quality matters to us - and that judgement is made by a person who knows you, in conversation.
7Time off without losing your clients
When you're away, we arrange cover and brief them from our notes. Your clients stay your clients.
If we ever fall short of this charter, tell us - we'll put it right.
